Kathy spent her childhood in North Little Rock and has deep roots throughout the Little Rock metro, having lived, raised her family, and worked in Jacksonville, North Little Rock, and Little Rock. With a lifelong passion for real estate, Kathy does what she loves every day — guiding clients through some of the most meaningful decisions of their lives, whether that's selling a treasured home, finding the perfect place for the next chapter, or navigating the complexities of a commercial transaction.

Kathy's real estate experience is both personal and professional. She remembers the thrill of owning her first home, the emotions of downsizing as her daughters grew up and moved into homes of their own, and all the chapters in between. She has been personally involved in buying, selling, building, and remodeling homes — and that lived experience gives her clients a perspective that goes far beyond the transaction.

On the commercial side, Kathy brings knowledge and dedication to building owners and investors. Her extensive background across all aspects of real estate — negotiations, contracts, and closings — gives her clients a distinct advantage in today's competitive market, whether they’re divesting or acquiring a building or land. Backed by the resources and support of United Real Estate – Central Arkansas, Kathy understands that no two clients are alike. Whether a deal represents a life-changing personal milestone or a pivotal moment for your business, she provides exceptional, personalized service tailored to your unique goals. Kathy takes great pride in the relationships she builds and works relentlessly on your behalf — every step of the way.
